To secure your booking, a deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your final bill upon completion of your service. Cancellation Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 8 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel less than 8 hours before your appointment or fail to show up for you appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand emergencies come up, and to help we will allow 1 courtesy reschedule of your appointment without any impact to your deposit. We ask for your understanding, as this policy helps us protect our business from last-minute cancellations and ensures we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients.
